Purchasing Assistant – Feature Highlights

Create Purchase Order

  • Go to “Order” field from the sales section and create a new order or select from the existing orders. Add product name, price per unit, quantity and select the suppliers available for the specific product. In case you have already assigned a supplier to the product, it will select it by default unless you replace it with a new supplier.

Save PDF of Purchase Order

  • Once you have generated purchase order, it can be displayed on the order page with all the relevant data that you would have selected while generating the PO. You can save the PO in PDF format for which you have to navigate to “Run Report” and then “Purchase Order”.

Create Purchase Invoice

  • Creating Purchase Invoice is the next step that you need to take after you have generated purchase order. To generate the purchase invoice for the PO, you have to navigate to “More Command” and “Create Purchase Invoice”. It will open a page where you can add received quantity (the number of items you received from the vendor) and can change the price of the product, if need be.

Save PDF of Purchase Invoice

  • It will be displayed with the purchase order, which you can view by navigating to “Run Report” and then “Purchase Invoice”. You can save this purchase invoice in PDF format for further reference.

On downloading you will get Purchasing Manager Solution.zip (ZIP file). Extract the files from the downloaded folder. You will get WINRAR ZIP file.

 

Settings

Open your CRM click on settings ->solution. Choose Import Solution option. In Import Solution Window, you can choose Solution Package's zip file. Click on Next for further processing.

 

Configure

Now click on Import for further processing. Once you have successfully imported the solution, you are ready to use it.

  • Does it allow Printable Purchase Order and Invoice?

    Yes, the plugin has a feature to generate PDF of purchase order and invoice and print the same.

  • Are the Suppliers added in general or you should add them product wise?

    The suppliers are added specific to product. A product can have multiple number of suppliers and their names are editable.
