Refund Policy

Please have a look at our refund policy before making payment.

To ensure our customers’ protection, we, at AppJetty, offer 15-day money back guarantee on all products (except Odoo products). If you, the customer, is not satisfied with the product during the initial 15 days of the purchase, you can receive a full refund. For this, you need to submit a request having Transaction ID. Customization and installation services are not refundable.

We will consider the product is refunded when the money has been withdrawn from our account. If no notification is received from customer of non-acceptance within 10 bank working days, product is considered to be refunded. You have to uninstall the product before requesting the refund and remove all its copies and derivatives within the 5 bank working days starting from the day of refund process.

We are not accountable for any damages neither with Magento functions, nor with business margins or information that may incur due to enforced manual termination of refunded product or its derivatives.

We will refund your purchased money under below condition:

  • If you face any issue during installation and using our extension and our experts cannot solve problem, once you have paid, downloaded and activated the license key.

We won't refund if:

  • Your order is for odoo products.
  • Your order is paid, but you have not downloaded the source code in 15 days. The time starts when your order is completed.
  • Your order is not paid or not completed.
  • You have not checked carefully all functions of the extension (frontend and backend) before placing an order. We do not consider refund on the grounds of confusion in functional understanding.   • You initiated the refund process after 15 days since the date of your purchase. Refund amount is equal to the purchase fee minus the discount (if any).

  • You have purchased a membership plan of upgrade/support period, as cancellation is not allowed in this. Same way fees for installation, conflicts resolution and customization services are not refundable.
  • You change your mind after purchasing the product, and request a refund.
  • You’re not able to provide access to our support team to look at the issue and suggest / do the fixes required in your environment to get the product work well.
  • Our extensions are designed as per default Magento architecture. Thus, they are compatible with default Magento theme. If some 3rd party theme is being used on the site then, we will not be responsible for resolving theme related conflicts. It will be chargeable.
  • If some 3rd party extensions are being used on your site and conflicts arise with our extensions due to that then, we shall NOT be responsible to resolve it, if the issue does not belong to us.

For Deal Page:

  • Full cancellation: If the user wishes to cancel the order for all the products purchased, the amount paid will be applicable for the refund.
  • Partial Cancellation:
    • Primary Condition: In any instance of the purchase if the user only chooses to keep one of the product (Product A) and cancel the other(s), the actual price for the Product A will be charged against the order and the balance of the total amount paid will be refunded. If the amount paid is less than the actual price of Product A, the user will be liable to pay the difference amount against the order to continue services (see example 1).
    • Secondary Condition: If the user has purchased 3 or more than 3 products and wishes to cancel the order wherein the user wishes to keep a minimum of 2 Products and cancel the rest, the applicable discount will be based on the new total price for the remaining products. This new price will be denoted as Price A (see example 2). Price A is the new payable price for the purchased products. Therefore, the refund amount will be the balance amount of the total amount paid and new payable price.
  • Example 1:

    User purchases two products (i) Product A with the actual price of $599 and (ii) Product B with the actual price of $59. The total amount will be $658. This qualifies the user to get an automatic discount of $100 if purchased from the Deal Page. The user will pay $558 for the purchase.

    • Case 1: If the user cancels Product A, the new payable price will be $59 and the refund amount will be $499 (=$558-$59).
    • Case 2: If the user cancels Product B, the new payable price ($599) is more than the amount paid ($558). The user becomes liable to pay the difference amount of $41.
  • Example 2:

    User purchases three products (i) Product A with the actual price of $599, (ii) Product B with the actual price of $59, and (iii) Product C with the actual price of $699. The total of the actual amount of the products is $1357. The price for this combo on the deal page will be $1107 ($250 discount).

    • Case 1: If the user chooses to cancel the Product B, a new sum of the actual amount will be $1298 and new payable price becomes $1048. Therefore, the user will get the refund for the amount of $59.
    • Case 2: If the user chooses to cancel the Product A, new sum of the actual amount will be $758 and new payable price becomes $658. In this case as the bracket changes, the difference amount will be less than the actual amount of Product A. The refund amount for this use case will be $349 ($1107-$758).
    • Case 3: Similarly, the cancellation of Product C will enforce the change of the bracket and enforce $150 less than the Product's actual price as refund amount. The refund amount for cancellation of Product C will be $549 ($1107-$558).
