Using Magento 2 Stock Control System, Admin can view all the products’ current stock along with product images and also enable / disable the product as per the requirement.
The quantity of products can be updated with a CSV file. You must make sure that the low quantity isn’t more than the total available quantity in warehouse.
The quantity of products can be increased or decreased by the admin for specific warehouses.

The system enables admin to find the list of all warehouses associated with the store. Thereafter, they can filter warehouses by their names. It is also possible to create a new warehouse, search and edit warehouses of the store through our Magento 2 Multi Warehouse Management extension.
You can also create a new warehouse to the store along with the basic warehouse data and related products of the warehouse with the help of Magento 2 warehouse management extension.
It is possible to mass update or alter the quantity of products by selecting the alteration status - either increment or decrement. You can also filter related product list by product name or its SKU (Stock Keeping Unit).
Admin can set minimum quantity for warehouse in and choose default warehouse - which is considered to be the primary warehouse for product delivery.
Admin can now easily modify the warehouses for items included in any specific sales order until the shipment is generated for the sales order.

Admin can add a new supplier for the store by adding details like Name, Address, Shipping & Payment Methods as well as related products.
Admin can manage and take a look at the list of all suppliers associated with the store. They can also delete the supplier and search the supplier from the supplier list.
Supplier has one’s own access area, where he can register or login and gets an access to various functionalities such as:
View Purchase Orders, Create Simple Product with Required Attributes, Edit Own Account & Address Details, Enable or Disable Products

Make it easy to generate Purchase Orders for pending products and orders by adding Supplier, Unit Cost and Required Quantity details. You can also choose the warehouse while creating a purchase order.
You can view all the purchase orders of the store and sort them by attributes liked order#, order date range, supplier, sales order#, total amount range, PO status and invoice No. He can also generate SR for Purchase Orders.
Admin can directly create Stock Received statements (SR) for purchase orders with details like quantity received, shipping charges & extra comments if needed. Admin can also mark the SR as partial if admin expects that more quantity is pending to be received.
Admin can view all the SR, which have been generated till date for the store. They can search for different SR statements based on multiple criteria like, SKU, warehouse, unit cost, subtotal, etc.
Admin can have a list of all the generated purchase invoices with their status and can add quantity directly to the warehouse from the Stock Received invoice.

Is it mandatory creating a default warehouse for products?
No, once you install our extension, a default warehouse will be created and the products thereafter will be assigned to this primary warehouse if the warehouse is not specified.
Is there a way out to see who updated the product quantity?

What is the difference between “Pending products” and “Pending Orders”?
Pending products will list the products which are “Out of Stock” and need to order them from supplier to get them back in stock. Pending orders will be the list of orders which are backordered and you need to purchase from supplier to fulfill the sales orders.
Can single purchase order have multiple stocks received?
Yes, as we allow partial delivery, single PO can have multiple SR.
Is it possible to create purchase order for different suppliers at a time?
Yes, you can select multiple suppliers at the PO generation at a time. But PO for multiple suppliers will be generated separately.
What if the unit cost changes (increases/decreases) when stock is received against PO?
We do have a provision to enter the unit cost while the stock is received. You can enter the shipping cost if any.
I have multiple stocks received for single purchase order. Is it allowed to create purchase invoice for each stock received?
No, purchase invoice will be created per purchase order.
How will purchase orders generated for same products?
If same products are there in more than one pending orders selected for generating purchase orders, then you can remove the product from selection otherwise it will take the average of the unit cost entered for that product based on the summation of the required quantity entered.
I got this error "Exception #2 (ReflectionException): Class Biztech\ModuleName\Helper\Data does not exist". Any clue?
This is possible when "Data.php" file of our extension is not uploaded properly. Please try uploading the file again from below path: /app/code/local/Biztech/ModuleName/Helper/Data.php You can also ask your server admin to white list this file to prevent any further issues.
