SuiteCRM Canned Response Plugin
Using this plugin you can create several canned email replies for those emails which you often receive frequently and just forget to send reply to it. You can also save these canned emails by creating different tags!
You can give new tag name to a set of canned emails of same nature, being pre-written by you, for easy identification. Once a canned response template is created, it can be used for answering multiple emails of similar nature and can be saved under relevant tag name.
