However, we are now adding an additional feature called &#8220;Pending Check-in and Check-out.&#8221; With this feature, you will be able to view a list of pending check-ins\/check-outs, and the user will need to provide a reason for any late check-ins. Here&#8217;s how the feature works:<\/p>\n<p>1. First, go to the Map &gt; Plot and select the entity, such as appointments.<\/p>\n<p>2. Next, click on the &#8220;Search&#8221; button, and the appointment will be plotted on the map.<\/p>\n<p>3. Then, click on any appointment pin and select the &#8220;Check-in&#8221; button from the right panel.<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Check-in111.png\" alt=\"Check-in111\" \/><\/center>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Check-in222.png\" alt=\"Check-in222\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>If the user checks in late for the appointment, they need to provide a reason for the late check-in.<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Check-in333.png\" alt=\"Check-in333\" \/><\/center>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Check-in444.png\" alt=\"Check-in444\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>If the check-in is pending, users will receive an error message when they try to check out.<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Check-in555.png\" alt=\"Check-in555\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Admins can approve or reject pending check-ins by navigating to the Check In-Check Out tab.<\/p>\n<p>You need to select the Pending Check-In view, where you can see all the pending check-ins.<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Check-in666.png\" alt=\"Check-in666\" \/><\/center>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Check-in777.png\" alt=\"Check-in777\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Admin has two ways to approve or reject pending check-ins.<\/p>\n<p>The first is to select the pending check-in and click on the Approve or Reject button. Here, the admin can perform this action on bulk data.<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Check-in888.png\" alt=\"Check-in888\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>The second way is to open the record in Edit mode and manually select the status in the Check-In Status field.<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Check-in999.png\" alt=\"Check-in999\" \/><\/center>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Check-in101010.png\" alt=\"Check-in101010\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>The Approved Check-Ins view will display all approved check-ins.<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Check-in111111.png\" alt=\"Check-in111111\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>The same flow will work for the pending checkouts.
