In that case, you need to set up a relationship between individual appointments.<\/p>\n<p>Follow the below-mentioned steps to create a follow-up appointment in Calendar 365.<\/p>\n<p><b>Step 1: Navigate to the AppJetty Calendar 365.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Click on \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/dynamics365-all-in-one-calendar.htm\"><b>Calendar 365<\/b><\/a>\u201d from the apps list and navigate to the custom calendar of Calendar 365.<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 1px solid black;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Resource-Calendar-1.png\" alt=\"Resource Calendar-1\" \/><\/center>You will navigate to the custom calendar of Calendar 365. Here, you will see the three types of calendars:<\/p>\n<p>&gt; Resource Calendar<\/p>\n<p>&gt; Customer Calendar<\/p>\n<p>&gt; Entity Calendar<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 1px solid black;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Resource-Calendar-2.png\" alt=\"Resource Calendar-2\" \/><\/center><b>Step 2: Navigate to The Resource Calendar<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Click on Resource Calendar, and it will show all the Appointments. Click on any Appointment.<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 1px solid black;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Resource-Calendar-3.png\" alt=\"Resource Calendar-3\" \/><\/center><b>Step 3: Click The Follow Up Meeting<\/b><\/p>\n<p>On clicking the Follow Up Meeting, the Create Follow Up popup will show up.<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 1px solid black;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Resource-Calendar-4.png\" alt=\"Resource Calendar-4\" \/><\/center>Enter The Subject Name, Regarding, Start Date, End Date, Required, Location, Attachment, Priority, and Description. Click on the Create button.<\/p>\n<p><b>Step 4: Create a Follow-up Meeting that will open after clicking on the icon.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 1px solid black;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Resource-Calendar-5.png\" alt=\"Resource Calendar-5\" \/><\/center>Click on the icon shown in the above image, and a popup of All Appointments will open.
