You can open the \u201cCalendar 365 Configuration\u201d tab by clicking on the \u2018Settings\u2019 icon.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_2_Open_Calendar_365_Configuration\"><\/span><b>Step 2: Open Calendar 365 Configuration<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are 2 ways to open Calendar 365&#8217;s configuration page:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. From Calendar 365<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you are on the custom calendar of Calendar 365. you will find a gear (settings) icon from the right top corner. By clicking on the <\/span><b>\u201c+ CREATE\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> button, you can select the entity and configure the following details.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>&#8211; Entity: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select entity whose record you want to see in entity calendar 365. The \u2018Case\u2019 entity is selected<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>&#8211; Entity Calendar Name: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insert the relevant name for the selected entity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>&#8211; Default Color: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Set the color for the entity&#8217;s record.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>&#8211; Overwrite Color With:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Overwrite any color as per the entity\u2019s field. It\u2019s optional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>&#8211; Filter By: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the field on which you want to filter out the entity&#8217;s record.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>&#8211; Search by Attribute: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the attribute on which you want to search record.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>&#8211; Share Calendar: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you select <\/span><b>public <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">it will reflect in all users. If you set it <\/span><b>private <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">it will show a drop-down of users so selected users can only access that entity\u2019s calendar from Entity Calendar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now Click on the <\/span><b>Save <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">button to save the entity configuration.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_4_Calendar_365_%E2%86%92_Entity_Calendar\"><\/span><b>Step 4: Calendar 365 \u2192 Entity Calendar<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now, you and your team members (CRM Users) will see the Entity Calendar as per the default views and options.
