After configuration, the quick action button or the \u2018Tooltip card\u2019 is just a click away!<\/p>\n<p>This tooltip will help to perform many actions and also help in saving your or the sales rep&#8217;s timing while managing the records.<\/p>\n<p>Follow the below steps to perform quick action from the tooltip card:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Plot the records on the map<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Enable the entity records\u2019 label to find a required record<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Open tooltip by clicking on a specific record<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Perform different actions<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_1_Navigate_to_MappyField_365\"><\/span>Step 1: Navigate to MappyField 365<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Select \u201cMappyField 365\u201d from the Dynamics 365 dashboard or app list from the header.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Dashboard\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Dashboard.png\" alt=\"Dashboard\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_2_Plot_the_records_on_the_map\"><\/span>Step 2: Plot the records on the map<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>By selecting the \u2018Entity\u2019 and its \u2018View\u2019, plot the records on the map. Here, three entities are selected: Accounts, Contacts, and Leads to plot the records.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Map-1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Map-1.png\" alt=\"Map-1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After selecting the entity (entities), click on the Search button to plot all the records of the selected entities on the map.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Map-2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Map-2.png\" alt=\"Map-2\" \/><\/p>\n<p>From the left side of the map, you will find the \u2018Advanced Options\u2019 to manage the records on the map.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_3_Search_the_record_by_enabling_the_labels\"><\/span>Step 3: Search the record by enabling the labels<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>By clicking on the first option- \u201cLayer Card\u201d, you will get the details of the entities which are plotted on the map.<\/p>\n<p>You can enable\/disable the records of any entity on the map and you can show\/hide the records\u2019 label (name) of any entity.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Map-3\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Map-3.png\" alt=\"Map-3\" \/><\/p>\n<p>By enabling the record\u2019s label of any specific entity, you can search your required records. Here the labels of the \u2018Lead\u2019 entity records are shown.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Map-4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Map-4.png\" alt=\"Map-4\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_4_Click_on_one_pushpin_record_on_which_you_want_to_perform_the_action\"><\/span>Step 4: Click on one pushpin (record) on which you want to perform the action<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Once you find your record on the map, by clicking on any specific record (pin), you will get a slider of the tooltip from the right side. You will get the details in the tooltip related to that record which was configured from the backend (Entity Mappings \u2192 Tooltip attribute).<\/p>\n<p>From the \u2018tooltip\u2019, you can perform many actions for the selected record.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Map-5\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Map-5.png\" alt=\"Map-5\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_5_Perform_different_actions\"><\/span>Step 5: Perform different actions<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>From this tooltip card, you can manage and perform different actions for that selected record.<\/p>\n<p><b>Note:<\/b> You will get the quick actions in the tooltip card of the selected records based on the tooltip attribution in the Entity mappings. The different entities could have different quick actions.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Susanna-1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Susanna-1.png\" alt=\"Susanna-1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&gt; <strong>Record\u2019s Title:<\/strong> By clicking on the Title, it will open the record from the CRM.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Susanna-2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Susanna-2.png\" alt=\"Susanna-2\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&gt; <strong>Directions:<\/strong> You can set that record\u2019s address as \u2018origin\u2019 or \u2018destination\u2019.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add to Origin: By clicking this option, the selected record will add to \u2018Origin\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Add to Destination: By clicking this option the selected record will add to \u2018Destination\u2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Susanna-3\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Susanna-3.png\" alt=\"Susanna-3\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When you click on \u2018Add to Origin\u2019, you will navigate to the \u2018Routes\u2019 tab where you can see the record\u2019s address added into the Origin (If you have selected the \u2018Destination\u2019, the address would be added to the Destination).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Direction-1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Direction-1.png\" alt=\"Direction-1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On the map, the \u2018Starting Point\u2019 will be assigned as \u201cA\u201d with the address of that record displayed.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Share &amp; Assign: You can send the Email, Assign the Owner, and Add to Marketing List.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Susanna-4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Susanna-4.png\" alt=\"Susanna-4\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Send Email: You can send an email directly to the selected record. Select the Email Template from the list and send the email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"SendEmail\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/SendEmail.png\" alt=\"SendEmail\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Assign Owner: You can assign the selected record to a specific user or team by clicking on the \u201cAssign Owner\u201d option. You need to select the user from the CRM user list to whom you want to assign this record.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Assign\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Assign.png\" alt=\"Assign\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Add to Marketing List: You can add any record to a specific Marketing List by clicking on \u201cAdd to Marketing List\u201d by selecting \u2018Add to an existing list\u2019 or \u2018Add to a new list\u2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"MarketingList\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/MarketingList.png\" alt=\"MarketingList\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You can perform other actions as follows:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"OtherActions\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/OtherActions.png\" alt=\"OtherActions\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Proximity Search: You can search the record which is covered within the defined proximity of that record.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Related record: Find the related records for that particular record.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Point of Interest: You can explore the nearby places (Hospital\/Pharmacy\/Hotel\/Restaurant etc;)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Knowledge Article: You can refer to the available knowledge article in CRM.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Delete Record: You can delete that particular record.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Add Task: You can add a task for that particular record<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Add Appointment: Add an appointment for the record from the map.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; If the records belong to the lead entity, you can select the lead records as Qualify or Disqualify.<\/p>\n<p>So, using quick actions (Tooltip card), you will not require to navigate the menu for a specific action\/change from the CRM manually every time, you just need to configure the tooltip attribute and display the action in the tooltip card to manage the current activities for a specific record on the map.<\/p>\n<p>If you are facing any issues with any feature, feel free to reach out to us at <a href=\"mailto:sales@appjetty.com\">sales@appjetty.com<\/a> or you can also tweet at us at <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/appjetty\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">@appjetty<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>All product and company names are trademarks\u2122, registered\u00ae or copyright\u00a9 trademarks of their respective holders.
