How to save a calendar view and then share it with other Dynamics 365 users in your organization.<\/p>\n<p>To do it seamlessly, you can browse on <a href=\"https:\/\/appsource.microsoft.com\/en-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MS AppSource<\/a> to find the right calendar that fulfills your requirements.<\/p>\n<p>In this blog, we are taking <a href=\"https:\/\/www.appjetty.com\/dynamicscrm-all-in-one-calendar.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Calendar 365, a Dynamics Calendar extension<\/a>, to show you how to save and share a calendar view in Dynamics 365.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_1_Choosing_a_calendar_extension\"><\/span><b>Step 1: <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/appsource.microsoft.com\/en-us\/marketplace\/apps?search=calendar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>Choosing a calendar extension<\/b><\/a><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The first step here is that you will need to choose and install the right calendar extension in your Dynamics CRM. The default calendar in Dynamics CRM doesn\u2019t have this functionality. With the default calendar, you can only see your activities in different calendar views. Along with naming, you can define if it\u2019s public or private.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; By default, <b>\u2018Is Public\u2019<\/b>checkbox is checked.
